Jeremiah 1:4-5

The word of the LORD came to me, saying,

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
    before you were born I set you apart;
    I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

From Background Notes [BN] for June 1st & 2nd  written by Pastor Bob Brown:

God says to Jeremiah. Rather, God invests Jeremiah with His own Voice that is full of transforming power, free of intimidating fear, and firm with encouraging promise…

…God’s voice puts words in Jeremiah’s mouth, and these words are thick with disruptive and restorative resolve; four verbs of deconstruction: “pluck up,” “pull down,”“destroy,” and “overflow”; two verbs of reconstruction: “build” and “plant.” Change doesn’t get more dramatic than that! Through the committed life of the prophet, himself changed by the Voice, God’s Word will become Jeremiah’s words that are full of transforming power for Israel and to the nations.  [BN, 1]
