Esther 4:14

For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?

From Background Notes [BN] for June 21st & 22nd written by Pastor Bob Brown:

What makes him think that Esther has "come to the kingdom for such a time as this"? Evidently Mordecai believes in a deeper, hidden presence, guiding the lives of the Jewish people:

a presence to whom Esther is accountable, but who still may by-pass her weak involvement and work through someone else. All of this is stated without mentioning the Name of God. Such is the style and tone of Esther's book. [BN,2]
