Revelation 22:3-5

No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

From Background Notes [BN] for September 7th & 8th written by Pastor Bob Brown:

The statement, “No longer will there be any curse,” prominently anchors the message of this text, reminding the reader that “God and the Lamb” share the throne, ruling over more than a garden — over a city — where all the trees are available for “the healing of the nations.”

In this new place there is no more hiding: “They will see his face.” There is no more crisis of personal identity: “his name will be on their foreheads.” The undoing of creation, marked by darkness and death, will itself be undone: “There will be no more night.” And the tree of life is no longer out of reach: “They will reign for ever and ever.”  [BN,12]
